Like so many of his clients, Sam had been visiting Hilton Head Island for a long time before moving here permanently from Rochester, N.Y.

"I had been vacationing on the Island since 1984 coming down with the Guys to play golf every year of St. Paddy’s Day week and decided to make Hilton Head my Permanent Home in 1994."

Sam has been & continues to be one of the Most Respected REALTORS (R) on the Island since 1997, after being a Mortgage Broker. Karen Ryan, 2011 President of the Hilton Head Area Association of REALTORS® awarded the President’s Service Award to Sam Mancuso of The Alliance Group Realty.   The President’s Service Award is presented to The REALTOR® who most significantly assisted the President and impacted the members throughout the year.  Ryan recognized Mancuso for His Leadership serving as Special Events Chairman.  Each year the Special Events Committee coordinates the annual REALTOR®/Mortgage Lenders Golf and Tennis Tournament where net proceeds are distributed to local charities.   In 2011, Mancuso, presented a check in access of $18,000 with fifty percent of the funds going to housing initiatives and the remainder to Local Beaufort Co. Charities.  The Hilton Head Association of REALTORS®  congratulates Sam Mancuso for this Award!
